At Kandies World, we want you to love your festival gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unworn, in their original packaging, and still have the tags attached.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all rave accessories and apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
